Koko Hotel Premier Kanazawa Korinbo

Beautiful hotel in kanazawa , excellent service , water , wine , snack

The Koko Hotel surprised us with its service for guests, such as welcome drinks and good breakfast, as well as its large rooms occupied with a sofa and table in there. Besides, the hotel is located right in the city center, that is very convenient for exploring Kanazawa's main tourist destinations, museums, and even for shopping. However, what we really appreciated was the hotel's staff. We had never encountered such warm hospitality, respect, and assistance in our problem that we had faced as we arrived to the hotel. To be specific, my son lost his bag, but he couldn't remember where it could happen whether it was in a local bus from the Kanazawa station or in a highway bus that we took from Shirakawa-go station. The hotel manager called both the local bus company as well as and to the highway bus company to get reliable information. Unfortunately, the bag couldn't been find.

I loved this hotel. It’s one of the best cost-effective options I’ve stayed at. The room was clean, well equipped, very comfortable, and the amenities were great. The location is also very convenient. Unfortunately, I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Amenities are available in rooms and lobby. Carpark staff are helpful.

Service at reception was helpful and pleasant. Room was a little tight. Shower floor and area needed a more thorough clean. TV was in corner on side wall to beds and seating. Only way to watch was sitting on side of bed in tight area in front of bed. Ridiculous. Also no safe in room. Hotel location was excellent.

Room was rather small, but clean. Location was decent, easy to walk to the shopping area and very close to Samurai district. Convenient location for taking bus too. Maybe better for one person than several people though, since room’s small.

Staff were super helpful with all my questions- even when it was super busy they were patient and made sure i was seen to. They stayed patient and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

an average three star hotel, since it’s cheap I couldn’t complain much about it.
