Naiya Place

The staff are welcoming and accommodating. They allowed me to check in a bit earlier which was helpful given the brutal heatwave. The room is average size allowing enough room to open your suitcase. The bed was comfortable. The Wifi and aircon were very reliable. There is a balcony. There are stairs, no elevator available. The location is brilliant for sightseeing and food options.

At 1:30 AM, the washing machine upstairs was still running, which was very noisy and unprofessional.

It was 20min walk from the bus terminal. You can also find a small night market at night around there. You will need a ride if you’re coming from the railway station. 7/11 is nearby so you wouldn’t have a problem with late night snacks. I felt safe thanks to the security is on the first floor.

Room clean and cosy, within walking distance to convenient stores and eateries.

It’s a decent place to stay for a night or two while exploring the town, though it’s quite far from the action. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was good enough for the one night we planned on staying in town before heading somewhere closer to nature.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Nai-ya Place. The room was tidy, spacious and comfortable, the really good one was it has a balcony and freeze. The hotel also provided plenty of parking space for your vehicles. Although it's quite a walking distance to tourist attraction, but surrounding has convenient store and food places.

Suitable price for the quality of service
