The stay & services in the hotel was pretty good. The deliverance on most of the requirements are being taken care.

I booked the triple room for my family, room was spacious whereas the mattress was too bad and even the hotel refused to provide the complementary water bottles even when you pay 4000 per day. There were two fans and one of them do not have the regulator, and most of the switches were not working. When i asked for the room change, they simply denied and asked me to wait for 24hours to change the room. If you are willing to stay in kanchipuram, choose some other hotel even if it was at a higher price.

Sri shakthi residency is very very close to kanchi kamakshi temple. It’s fully vegetarian and has easy rooms. Their simple well kept and the service is fantastic. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of kanchipuram shiva. Shakti. Residency is a comfortable and easy. Stay within a good budget.

Location is very good. No lobby, no garden or not even a news paper. Accommodation is satisfactory but below average service. Outsourced breakfast arrangement, it's not a buffet but served on demand only limited options and limited quantity. At-least some fruit salad or cornflakes/ porridge etc should have been made available.

Allotted small room without 3rd cot. Mattress offered to be kept on floor. No space for 3rd person to sleep. Charged extra 900 plus to change the room. Not obliging properly for my booking through you. Very sad to state the truth in reality.

The location of the residency is so apt, every place of attraction is within 3km. Many eateries available nearby. Room and washroom were clean.

The hotel was good, near to temple, auto guys near the hotel speak telugu, if you are from telugu states. Food at upasana hotel was average.

Decent hotel. Neat and clean and well maintained. Centrally located and close to all tourist attractions. Rate seems to be on the higher side for this small room.
