Hotel is neat and clean... Hospitality so good... Especially jaldin and dinesh very helpful and supportive.. They have taken care on food very much.. highly recommended hotel for family.. keep up the same quality

Went there for a day outing with my family. + Points 1. Pool ticket prices are reasonable 2. Most of the staff are friendly 3.I forgot to take change after paying the pool ticket upfront. But the reception staff reminded me and returned the money when we were leaving. - Points 1. At the arrival they told us they can't take any food orders due to they are busy with a wedding function. How ever a Manager intervene and asked to prepare our food order. They had enough time (2 hours) to make this happen, so in future please do not loose revenue generating opportunities like this Overall recommended to anyone who wishes to have a day outing with your family.

It was an amazing stay for 65 members at Devon for 3 days. No complaints. Wonderful meal, comfortable and clean room, remarkable service. INVORG team thank Sujeevan, Chirantha and the all staff for your service. We had fun and felt like home.

I stayed 31st December 2021 excellent friendly and courteous service,the staff was nice and helpful,my children enjoyed swimming pool very much they played hours in the pool, children enjoyed the food, the room and bathroom was clean,the hotel was close to dalada maligawa, udawatta kale the forest and the lake surrounding hils looking so nice.

On our tour of Sri Lanka we spent two nights here. Just decent hotel, good air conditioning, but in the room you could hear the noise coming from the street, also because there were no seals on the windows (usual problem, the structures lack maintenance). Good breakfast and evening buffet.

We only stayed one night at the Devon. Relatively large hotel, a bit old. The first impression was a bit reserved because of the ruined building right next door. A member of staff told us that this is a planned expansion of the hotel. "And then comes Corona and we f**ked up" were his words. We were the only guests that day. Nevertheless we got a three course dinner. Nothing special but tasted great. Thanks again for that. The pool was also switched on and illuminated again just for us in the evening. Breakfast was ok for a day or two. Room was ok, but the bathrooms are in dire need of a refurbishment. Nice view from the balcony. We had a pool side room. If you're not very picky, you won't find much to complain about here like we did.
