Radisson Hotel Kandy

Thank you for the upgrade to the room with a balcony, and I absolutely love the huge bathroom. Thank you for the friendly service staff who answered my every query. Waking up to the quiet of Kandy Lake before the rest of the city wakes was a really peaceful feeling and I really enjoyed just standing on tje balcony soaking in the sights. Loving the wide breakfast spread too, ranging from local fare to continental selection. I was spoilt for choice and my tummy really loved the chicken curry & daal. Thank you.

Everything great but the ‘lake view’ room was a ‘roof top view’ room. The lake was not visible!!

The hotel has a  very nice atmosphere, the roof top pool is good but not infinitely pool and need to be cleaned constantly. It was not clean. Very nice breakfast. You have to make sure balcony is closed otherwise flies will enter and will be very hard to get it out. Also there is no toothbrush but when we requested the room service immediately got us

Nice stay but was disappointed with the reception when our driver’s accommodation was given to somebody else even though we checked in early and I personally ask the reception desk upon my arrival and he said they have vacancy. Otherwise everything else is fine.

Positive The hotel is quite centrally located Negative The hotel is very tired The bedroom of the one bedroom suite is tiny The breakfast offering left a lot to be desired. Overall, definitely not worth the price.
