The Pristine Hotel

I am regular Guest at Pristine for my Business. As always The great stay and the best part , I can see the change this what was suggested on last stay. Everything was good except one awkward experience 😁 with a new staff. Need a guidance and training to learn how to behave as per the situation. However, then Gaurav Singh at Front Desk handled very well and politely. Thank you and keep it up!

Excellent service by Mr Surendra Kumar. His recommendation of chicken curry sat very well with our family. We had a great time. We had chicken tikka. Chicken soup. Chicken curry. Dal makhni and tiramisu. The tiramisu was awesome and one of the best I had

Amazing service … the pancakes that they made were super delicious 😋 overall i lovedd it … Shantanu was really welcoming and friendly… thank you so much for the service at the hotel plus in the dining area. We stayed for 4 days… all the four days breakfast was delicious.

This was my first visit/stay. Hotel turned out to be a wonderful choice. Not a five star but surely better than Landmark and other peer group hotel. Incredible view of the city from the top floor. Tamarind food is really good. Corridor mats can be more clean.

I was searching good hotel in kanpur so. Spend lots of time in near places but couldn't find any good hotel so finally saw best hotel name pristine hotel So i met at reception bhadouria he suggest come I will give big service and suggest abhay tiwari to do and provide beat service He was good in nature and kindhearted so i give big 👍 thumbs up

We stayed at The Pristine Kanpur in April 24 for an overnight trip through the city. The hotel is reasonably luxurious and the service vey good. Miss Divya and Mr Rohan looked after our stay here and provided a good and expedient service. The hotel facilities are well looked after and. The restaurant serves a variety of traditional fare and the service is decent.

Firdaus Arcahna and manjo helped me with the the smooth check in the stay was good and room was spacious and the breakfast was yummmmm

I'm staying in room 501 this is superior category and room is to good and designed well all amenities are placed are well. All staff are good mainly Mr. Gaurav Singh such a great welcoming and well in speaking I really love to stay here.

Stayed for 3 nights in April This was my 3rd stay at this hotel The hotel is clean , has modern decor and is a new property. The rooms are moderately spacious Air conditioning is good Bed cushion is medium soft WC and bathroom is cozy but clean and toiletries are good Hot kettle and mini fridge in the room Breakfast restaurant at 9th floor has nice top view Breakfast spread for all 3 days was good 2 North Indian main dishes + South Indian live counter + egg live counter The staff at bf restaurant is very attentive and hospitable Ms Moni at bf restaurant was very courteous and hospitable Ginger tea was very good Overall a very good experience One of the best place to stay in Kanpur Worth trying !!
