Farmhouse, Sanctuary in the City, wooded & peaceful ,1 ACRE, LESS THAN 5 MIN TO WORLD CUP (GEHA Stadium), Chiefs & Royals. ONLY 10 min to Downtown. This place is an excellent location! Right off I-435. We are just minutes away from the Royals and Chiefs & World Cup 2026 stadiums, the Kansas City Zoo, hiking trails, and the Starlight Theater, golfing and mountain bike trails. Very peaceful and rejuvenating. If you love trees and birds, this place is amazing! Our family cherishes the memories we are able to make here. Just 10 minutes to Downtown or the Plaza. Master bedroom(s) are both en suite. One has a Jacuzzi bath/shower. The second has a shower. Kitchen features stainless steel dishwasher, Dacor gas range, microwave, side by side fridge, butcher block counters, copper apron sink, and T.V. Free Wi-Fi and stream smart device included! Please note: this home is not an event space. If you are looking for an event space for a party, reception, family reunion, or otherwise, this is not the one. The outside yards were a little messy. The bedrooms and lofts were great, especially for kids. Bathrooms good and bedrooms good. Kitchen a little in extras would be helpfulAC was great. Vintage home was beautiful.

Five stars across the board. We had a great stay at this charming lodge-style cottage. Nestled in a peaceful, rustic wooded setting, the house gave the perfect combination of coziness and convenience. Convenient location —just a short drive to great BBQ, restaurants and downtown. The cottage itself was spotless and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable.A special shoutout to Mike, the owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. If you’re looking for a serene retreat with all the comforts of home and a host who truly makes you feel welcome, this is the place to stay.

Kansas City Farmhouse Review Great home for our family. Two master bedrooms was very nice. Lofts for teenagers work well. Location was convenient to Kansas City attractions. Mike the property owner was very responsive to any questions/needs we had. We will rent again when in Kansas City
