Overcharged for pet—not pet friendly only pet greedy should have a deposit but the just take the money $100. Overcharged me because a sports team played that weekend. Did not clarify when I called the desk would not honor 3rd party rates. Very close to bait and switch. Microwave did not work to bad 😞 for me. Very overrated. Managers not listed on web site. The one I talked to said I don’t understand. They did not clarify charges up front. Not worth the $420 for one night. People on line complain of bed bug and plumbing issues. Beware before you book. I will not use Marriott again.

Black friends, think twice. We won't be staying here again. And if a manager jumps to reply to my post with some such, trust me this goes all the way to the top. If Marriott tolerates this hotel under its brand, I think we just stayed at our last Marriott.

The 10min airport shuttle ended up being a 25min wait at 8pm. I called the hotel twice to confirm and even saw neighboring hotel shuttles loop twice during my wait. When it finally arrived, before I could even take a seat in the first row, the driver already started driving causing me to stumble into my seat. The drive to the hotel revealed an easy drive with zero traffic. I only saw two cars on the opposite side of the road. Upon walking in, there’s a distinct dampness and smell in the air. The service here is lackluster with no smiles or warmth in interactions. The service doesn’t align with the expectations within the Marriott portfolio. The room was fairly spacious, modern, quiet, and clean. Bed was comfortable. Wifi signal is good. TV had mixed signal occasionally skewing the quality a few seconds every 30mins or so. Breakfast and gym seems sparse and sad. Bottled drinks are $3-$5. Overall, ok for a necessary pitstop.

Of all the TownePlace Suites by Marriott I have ever stayed in, this is by far and away the best I have found. As soon as you walk in the doors you can tell it is a newer property, I would say within the last 3 or 4 years given how impeccably clean it is. The lovely Candace provided a warm, Marriott-style welcome, and I also appreciated the kindness of the gentleman who was manning the night audit desk, whose name I unfortunately did not get. My room was clean, and I especially appreciated the huge shower. Special kudos to the amazing Brenda, whose attention to every single guest at breakfast did not go unnoticed and should be applauded by any and all who happen to read this review. Bravo, team!

Delightful easy location that put me a little closer to downtown than the airport. Got in super late, was checked in quick. Clean room, AMAZING air conditioning, nice shower/bathroom. Didn't eat the breakfast, but it looked like a typical breakfast at this price point. Good coffee!!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past five years, despite the annoying televisions which turn off automatically after only 3-4 hours of constant use. Worse, whenever the warning pops on the lower left corner of the TV warning that it will shut off in 60 seconds, it does NOT allow you to defeat the sleep timer, so it turns off regardless of how many times you press OK on the remote. That is so stupefying I cannot put it into words. Also, I am very disappointed the hotel will not upgrade me as a LIFETIME TITANIUM ELITE member. Not even to a studio city view room. The hotel is isolated from restaurants, shopping and attractions. Also, the closure of the US 169 bridge through at least the fall of 2024 makes getting downtown a hassle. Those are not deal breakers. However, it makes me think twice if I want to stay here.
