TownePlace Suites Kansas City at Briarcliff

Great place to stay, breakfast was top of the line, very xloae to airport and downtown. Short drive away.

The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly. We would stay there again.

The room was very clean, the parking was perfect. The breakfast each morning was wonderful and convenient. we definitely would stay there again.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, close to stellar dining. Beautiful Christmas lights in Briarcliff area.

We booked a king bed with a sofa bed for the three of us. The sofa bed opened up right to the end of the king bed. Therefore, you had to crawl over the sofa bed if you needed to use the restroom or get up at all during the night. Very inconvenient. In addition, there was no pillowcases or extra sheet or blankets for the sofa bed. When I called down to ask them to bring me some, they said I would need to come down and get them. I’ve never been to a hotel where they won’t bring things to your room when you need them. The garbage disposal had a horrible odor.

It was wonderful! The bed was SOOO comfortable! I slept like a baby and ate like a horse!

Staff not very friendly on initial arrival but all other staff after arrival very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is very nice and clean the staff when we checked in was very rude! The rest of the staff was very nice! Overall a very good place to stay!
