I checked in on February 17 the heat, phone or electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Will not stay there again.

Upon arrival, staff was super helpful and friendly! This continued throughout our stay as we came and went. Breakfast buffet was decent - a nice perk to the morning. Great location for a baseball or football game, spacious parking lot, clean room and public areas.

This was a very nice place for a weekend stay. The price was reasonable for the room size. Everything was clean, dry and functional, with no unpleasant odors. The bed was very comfortable, even though we're used to our Sleep Number bed. The staff was friendly and attentive, through every shift change we encountered. They have a complete breakfast buffet with a large selection, although I'm not sure if that's ever day (we were there on a weekend). We would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed here for the football game. It was convenient. But everything else in this hotel was very basic. Very expensive for the convenience.

It was a very good stay at the hotel was recently cleaned, rooms were comfortable and clean, smelled good too, and not old or overused. Coffee maker in the room was nice along with the free body wash shampoo and conditioner. That was on a dispensers in the shower, shower, pressure and water was nicestrong. strong.

Room was clean. Doors are loud and shut hard. Hotel is a bit dated and dark inside. Laundry had 2 machines but ok Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices and fresh fruit! All delicious! Lady that worked night shift was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Great personality. Loved her KC football spirit. Morning gal at the desk wasn’t very friendly. Didn’t know much about the area. Didn’t smile much. Overall our stay was ok

Able to walk to arrowhead stadium, also within 20 minutes or less to downtown to great restaurants. Can’t say enough about the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay there again on my next trip to KC.
