Best Western Premier Kansas City Sports Complex Hotel

This was the best hotel trip I've been on since my cancer. The customer service was Awesome!!! So much interaction with the staff during our time there. From checking in to breakfast and the bar host down to the cleaning staff made our stay so much enjoyable. Thank you all we needed that. And on top of that it was our 17th wedding anniversary.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The location was convenient, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for providing such a pleasant experience!

Absolute Paradise. We were originally in a different hotel that had bed bugs and a kiosk for a front desk. We demanded a refund and came here instead. There is a pool in the basement. An amazing breakfast that had plenty of options and changed the options each morning. It was clean. I say again, it was clean. Is it the rits? No. But will a middle class family be happy with it? Yes.

I checked in on February 17 the heat, phone or electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Will not stay there again.

Love it big thing wrong was the pool was cold and it suppose to be heated

Breakfast had a good selection, average quality. I wish the bar would have been opened earlier. We were going to a baseball game and would have enjoyed a pregame cocktail. Room was ok, bed was not comfortable. There was only one hook for towels. If you use towel rack provided your towel would touch the ground.
