Room was okay. Toilet did not flush well. Also stained, probably permanently. Clean enough, but the sheets looked stain with an ink pen. Didn’t catch it until the middle of the night. Also there was only three pillows on the bed. Obviously two people were sleeping in the bed. Also the continental breakfast only had hot coffee. No other drink choices and just prepackaged muffins and instant oatmeal packs. The worst continental breakfast I have ever had. Staff were definitely friendly.

The condition of the linens was unsatisfactory due to their soiled state. Furthermore, the presence of cigarette smoke within the building created an unpleasant atmosphere. These issues significantly detracted from the overall experience. Addressing these concerns is essential for maintaining a high standard of accommodation. Prompt attention to cleanliness and environmental quality will be prioritized.

I got charged twice got the run aroundabout my money . They didn't want to refund me my money after spending hours on the phone . It's been over a month and still have not got my money This place is a scam . They steal money along with *******!! I still have not got my money and it's been over a month. This place is full of lies!! I want my money!!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The facility itself is on the older side, but it was clean and well-maintained. While it may not feel modern, it was comfortable enough for what we needed. Overall, a decent stay thanks to the great service.

This hotel is terrible. Pick something else. ******* should remove this hotel. The room was dirty and the property accepts dogs, which bark. The breakfast consisted of only a coffee machine, packets of oatmeal and baggied muffins. Not even any juice. When I asked the front desk how that’s considered “breakfast” they said it’s grab-n-go. What a joke! Also, I asked where the ice machine was and they handed me a tray of ice cubes! You’ve got to be kidding!!!! Come on *******, represent better properties!

Kitchen had nothing (no dishes, silverware, glasses, pots or pans). Only stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer (with two empty ice trays in the freezer. Bed was okay and the pillows were great!

Staff was good, however the room was extremely run down, visibly dirty and smelled horribly.

Don’t waist your money, they mention breakfast on the go, which should be coffee on the go, black coffee was literally the only thing available, it also smells like food and cigarettes as people normally live there
