Horrible

Our room felt like it wasn’t cleaned. There was dust on the bed frames, greasy finger prints all over the AC, and the check in experience was very long. The breakfast area was so crowded and under stocked that we had to get breakfast elsewhere.

Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival. There was visible dust on the surfaces, and the bathroom lacked basic sanitation. Maintenance & Noise: The room suffered from poor soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep. I expected a much higher standard for the price paid. I recommend the management review their housekeeping and staff training protocols. I will not be returning to this property.

Well it was a place to sleep for the night. Shower had holes in the wall, curtain had already fell off and they fixed it and did not fix the holes. All the tvs were hung crooked. Kinda dirty. The breakfast was a let down. I just wish the soccer fifa was not in town so I could have got a better room at another location. I have a year old baby and was afraid to set her down. If you need a place to sleep and don’t care where this is your place but if you have a small baby or want a clean experience this is not your place.

No remote for t v. Desk clerk attempted a random remote and it didn't work. No response from front desk.Had to go down to it. Room phone not working (safety issue) Desk couldn't fix . Not a good stay. Night clerk was a "No show".Day clerk worked a double. We won't book there again. Very disappointing. Management needs to check this property.

The apartment was simple, which is always my preference. A coffee maker would have been great though. Room didn't have pressing iron and board, but those were provided almost immediately upon request Would recommend if you're looking for something affordable but still modern

Nasty beds room was not clean pu ic hair in the shower. Would not recommend to anyone. Gross breakfast

Clean room and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, perfect for a quick stay. Plenty of parking.

I did not read reviews before I booked our stay and I probably should have. Our room was clean enough for the one night we were staying but the hotel seems to be in overall disrepair. The small things begin to add up. While the room was clean, the remote control for the TV would not work. The batteries were held in place with a rubber band. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall and the piping for the shower was loose. You could feel the pipes in the wall move when you turned on the faucet. Upon checking in, my picture was taken, which I have never experienced before. This was after they took a picture of my ID. I also believe the online photos have been heavily edited because the hotel looks a lot nicer in the online pictures than it does online. The breakfast served was exactly what we expected and was quite lacking. Things needed to be refilled. There was a waffle maker and waffle batter dispenser. It appeared to be leaking as there was a huge batter mess under the dispenser. While I was making a waffle for my child and myself, the nozzle on the waffle dispenser came off in my hand and batter began to pour out. I needed a place to wash my hands but the bathroom in the lobby was out of order. I would not recommend this hotel.
