Great location 👌 good and kind people in the hotel.

All the associates were amazing! The front desk associates were so friendly, professional and and helpful. Mitch the mixologist was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He gave great recommendations for restaurants and things for children to do.

Our stay was fine until the morning we were supposed to check out, I guess we were put by a wedding party and in the morning the entire wedding party was in the hallways, going back-and-forth rooms packing up their suitcases in the hallways and there was several times people had touched our door making noise. Second thing that happened was we had a knock on our door even with the do not disturb sign and it was the front desk saying that they had alarms going off and they had asked us if we were smoking in the room and they needed to check the room I don’t feel appreciated staying here and being accused of smoking in the rooms when I am a non-smoker. Secondly, around 10 1030 the housekeeping was on our floor and I heard multiple knocks on our door and I stuck my head out and asked the housekeeping if they had knocked on her door and she said no, but I know that it was them because they wanted us to leave so they can clean the room checkout is not until 11.

Ema at the front desk was very nice and charming, and helpful with my questions. All of the staff have been nice. Bartender was cool also. Room is also clean and has everything I need. Best hotel check-in experience in a while.

Well I booked this hotel, abd ny husband booked a hotel...a sister company of yours. Once we realized the error, we called and tou refused to refund us. I am going to blast this all over social media...need everyone aware
