"This was my first time staying in a shared hotel or guesthouse abroad. The room wasn't large, but the entire building was well-equipped and clean. The outdoor courtyard was tranquil and peaceful; chatting under the blue sky and white clouds was very pleasant. Additionally, it's very close to the Nelson-Atkins Museum and the Spanish Steps, which is very convenient."

"Hotel has no parking only valet parking so if you want to spend the extra money. There is only public parking (even then you still have to pay but a lot cheaper than valet parking) and even then the staff couldn’t really provide where to even park. So we spent some time driving around. If the hotel doesn’t have parking they need to indicate and provide on maps where people can park if they don’t want valet parking. Location was good but hotel didn’t provide much (amenities) for what you pay for. Hotel wasn’t that clean either. Found a few hair strands on some towels. Staff were nice however, I would never stay there again."

"Check in was easy. When we arrived to our room it had a strong air freshener smell and the temperature was warm. We went to turn on the tv and the hdmi and cord for the tv were missing. I called the front desk and they came up immediately and fixed the tv. He informed me that they had just deep cleaned and painted the room. Once the tv cords were found I took off my shoes. I noticed the floor was wet. I assumed when they deep cleaned they shampooed the carpets. Didn’t sleep very well because the people upstairs sounded like they were wrestling or bouncing balls. Called the front desk again to inform them of the noise and they took care of it. It did take all night for the room to cool down and the air kept shutting on and off. It wasn’t an awful stat but could have been better. Oh and the breakfast wasn’t very goood."
