Close to Kaohsiung LRT and Liuhe night market; In a rundown neighbourhood and next to (what seems to be) a gambling centre; Small lifts (max. two small trollers at a time); Small play room with books and some toys for kids; Minimal service, information and hospitality from front desk staff (i.e. unable to recommend where to eat nearby or where to hire private car with chauffeur, never once a smile); No early check-in or late-check out arrangements; Nice and friendly cleaning crew and canteen (breakfast) staff.
