Hotel Sunshine

The hotel is conveniently located with many supermarkets and banks nearby. The breakfast is decent, and the restaurant staff are friendly. You can do laundry on the top floor, but it costs 100 NTD. The gym is very spacious.

The room was very clean, and it even came with an iPad sound system for music. The large bed was super comfortable, though a bit firm. The only slight downside was that the air conditioning was quite loud and affected my sleep a bit. On the bright side, the shower had great water pressure, which was really nice, and the hairdryer was powerful enough. The breakfast the next day was surprisingly amazing! For the price, it's incredibly good value for money. I used to stay at Delicacy Hotel, but after staying here, I'd definitely choose this one for the same price point. The Penghu restaurant next door is also delicious – highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kaohsiung!

As a Japanese person, I really appreciate having a bathtub. The room was also very clean. Having a convenience store nearby is a huge plus for business travelers. It's also close to the entertainment district and massage parlors. I'd love to stay here again.
