Holiday Garden Hotel SKM Park

The location is excellent, within walking distance to both the outlet mall and Suzuka Circuit Park. We stayed in the Traffic Jam family room, which had two bathrooms – super convenient, no waiting! The only downside is if you check in after 4 PM, you'll get stuck in the traffic jam with all the cars heading into the outlet and Suzuka Circuit Park, even though the hotel has its own outdoor parking lot.

We stayed in the MRT-themed room, which was spacious and clean, perfect for a family of four. The location is super convenient, right next to the outlet mall and Suzuka Circuit Amusement Park. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is an hour less than other hotels. The hallways are clean and even have a pleasant scent, but the room itself was very dusty. My phone was on the table, and as soon as I opened the curtains, dust flew all over it. On check-in day, I was informed that because I booked a double room, I would be charged extra for my two children, aged 3 and 7, totaling $900, despite no extra bed being provided. The main issue is that there was no clear mention of this additional charge on Trip.com. The Garden Hotel staff only verbally stated the charge without providing any price list. Furthermore, there was even a receipt from another guest from 2025 left in the room. The price certainly doesn't match the service.

For family stays, they charge per person, which was not stated in advance when booking the room. It is very unreasonable. There are no additional corresponding measures and facilities after paying extra money. I feel a little cheated.

The hotel is close to the SKM Park shopping mall, which is convenient for shopping and dining. It is also near the racetrack, where you can participate in different activities. The hotel also has joint ventures and there are discounts on ticket purchases.
