Very noisey room and outdated facilities. The staff were so attentive, professional and caring 👍

Really appreciate their hospitality however the room is pretty small than I expected. With 5 stars hotel I expected to get the spacious room wirh breakfast

Fabulous view from the rooms and very polite and efficient staff. Our cleaner Jason did a great job. The hotel shows its age in some of its faculties like the pool and the lack of power points but it was still a very comfortable stay.

The room wasn't huge, but it was spotless, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they assisted with luggage, explained all the hotel services, and even offered a taxi booking service. Its location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and its commercial district. Plus, you can buy pastries right in the lobby.

Nice hotel with 42 floors with a restaurant on the top. Great view from the rooms over looking ocean and the city. Many local restaurants and bubble tea shops within walking distance.

The room was spacious and nice.

The hotel boasts a prime location, close to the night market, which is perfect for an evening stroll and offers plenty of convenient dining options. The facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean. The front desk service was exceptional and incredibly helpful. Having a bar and coffee shop within the hotel is also very convenient.

Is not too bad, but bed is really small and location to MRT have to walk for 15mins, bake shop at first floor is really good

The hotel's location wasn't a major concern for us as we primarily relied on taxis. The view from our high-floor room was fantastic, and the upstairs restaurant served delicious food. Breakfast was also very generous. The kids absolutely loved the pool. Considering the facilities, service, and overall value for money, there's really nothing to complain about.

Hotel room are clean and comfortable, I book a single room, room beside the elevator, some noise, but acceptable. Water pressure is good. Will come back again next time.

The hotel property is quite one. Particularly, the rug in the room is very dirty. The aircon in the room has mouldy smell. The breakfast is not attractive and only has limited choices. The service attitude of the staff is very good.
