The front desk staff were warm and courteous, and the hotel's location is super convenient, but there are a few shops nearby, so make sure you don't go to the wrong one. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was quite simple but tasted fine. I wish they offered an ice machine, or perhaps they do and I just didn't see it. The laundry room had staff who helped load the dryer, and they provided reserved cards where you could note personal preferences, which was a nice touch.

The Hotel is located in the convenience transportation Location. Easy for traveling to other areas, close to the hotel also having fast food and convenience store. The hotel itself is clean you can leave the luggage before your check in. I like the common area next to the reception. It's nice and having snack and drink for Hotel guest. Quite impressive. If Having a chance will come back again.

Facilities: The facilities aren't new, but they're still quite good. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Very convenient, within walking distance right next to the station, and there are convenience stores nearby. Service: Excellent. The lobby offers 24-hour ice cream and hot tea, and there's always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day.

staff are well trained and polite, provided good service provides breakfast, afternoon tea and supper. hotel is frequently used to host tourists staff will advise guests to avoid peak hour timings at breakfast and super service. room is clean, and well equipped with amenities. do bring own toothbrush and toothpaste, razor as they do not provide in accordance to taiwan policies on disposable items. only issue is that the soundproofing done between floors is not as good

The hotel is a bit old, and there was a slight musty smell upon entering, but it was clean. The room was very spacious and even had a small sitting area. Breakfast was decent, with congee, salad, bread, soup, and two hot dishes (which changed daily). Drinks included milk, coffee, orange juice, and various tea bags. The hotel thoughtfully opened up the breakfast area for guests to chat, relax, or pack their luggage. The staff were also very kind and friendly. Overall, it was a good stay.

Don’t quite like this hotel though it is quite near to LiuHe Night Market; is has free laundry and breakfast is decent also but the room is quite weird in terms of design; it gets the works done but the feeling is just odd, feeling the rooms are old and bed not as comfortable though space would be nice

Even though it’s not like the big luxury hotels, the service was exactly like it, would definitely recommend it !!! 100% excellent

This hotel definitely deserves a special shout-out! My experience was fantastic right from check-in. For those who enjoy culinary experiences, I highly recommend checking out their 'one night, two meals' package. I loved the ice cream with nachos at the ground floor cafe. The evening snacks and breakfast on the second floor were also delicious. While it might not have the extensive variety of a typical star-rated hotel buffet, it offers a great chance to try various local snacks. Every single braised meat, minced pork, and topping was incredibly flavorful, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a rice cooker so you could serve yourself hot rice. You could really tell that the restaurant staff and managers were genuinely dedicated to service and food quality, constantly moving around and attending to guests. The room was spotless, and the lighting was much brighter than what you'd typically find in comparable hotels. The bathroom was also more spacious. The only minor drawback was a gap of about 1cm under the room door, which made me think the soundproofing might not be great. However, I wasn't disturbed by any noise from outside during my stay.

First time staying here, and the location is fantastic. The staff were all very polite and friendly. It's the top choice for winter amusement park activities, and super close to the pier. There's a 7-Eleven nearby. The only minor downside is that the coffee isn't very good – not sure if it's the beans or the machine, but even the latte wasn't great. I think that's definitely an area for improvement. The breakfast was diverse, plentiful, and delicious. The snacks were also very thoughtful – all-you-can-eat ice cream, which the kids absolutely loved!

In taiwan, during the coldest season in winter, it is cold even inside a hotel. But normally they don't have heater. I hope they can provide us a potable heater or addtional blanket.
