Sunrise Central on the Beach! Only you and the view! Relax to the sound of waves

A lovely condo right on the water. Really enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony right next to the beach, watching the sunrise. The condo was extremely well equipped, comfortable and clean.

This had everything we needed, the kitchen was especially well stocked. Host was incredibly responsive - returned messages very quickly! Great location to explore the north or south part of the island, convenient access to walking path and grocery stores.

We had the best time! It was our 2nd visit to this condo, and the condo and view are second to none! I would highly recommend this place and plan to return myself!

Our vacation at this condo was pure magic! Loved everything … crashing waves on the beach, whales and their babies breaching the ocean, seals peaking at us on the shore. We got it all.Condo is well equipped, clean and inviting. Although there is no A/C we never missed it. Fans and trade winds provided plenty of comfort and we had the best sleeps on comfy beds.We also had a good balance of play and rest … opting to kayak up Kailua river, ATV rides in the jungle and hiking at the canyon. We even found a wonderful and very reasonable masseuse in town. I’ve come to Kauai 4x now and this is now my favorite spot. Don’t wait, just book it. You won’t regret it!!! :)Thank you Michelle!!!

This was an absolutely fantastic condo for our vacation. Location overlooking the beach, beautiful sunrises!KaPaa town is charming and the condo is conveniently located in walking distance to everything you could need or want.Mahalo!!

Excellent and timely communication throughout the whole process. I’ve never stayed in a place that was as well stocked as this! And you can’t beat the amazing views right on the ocean, listening to waves every night and seeing the sunrise in the morning. Great location close to everything.

Beautiful place to stay. Owner has made sure you have everything you need to have an amazing vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked with the tools to cook and eat in. Comfortable beds and storage to unpack your suitcase. Enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the patio every morning with coffee in hand. Already thinking about our next visit.

Right on the beach!!! Great views of morning sunrise and nighttime moon. Great kitchen and amazing beds. Balcony was perfect. Love, love, this unit!
