Stayed at Bloom Baghdad for 6 nights. Room was large and had a window on a high floor. Was happy for their kind upgrade. Bed quite comfortable. Wifi was fairly decent. Breakfast was good as well. With enough options to put a meal together. Staff at restaurant was very professional and kind. Would stay here again.

Bad service , staff does not speak English, communication was a huge problem Small bathrooms , untidy room service and cleaning. Breakfast was poor. Overall , bad experience. Staff are arrogant and y helpful
