Had Amazing valentines weekend though room telephone was not working, we had great time with the family staff were ever smiling even to our 2year old son.

It was a lovely stay. The staff was extremely helpful under the stewardship of Kuziva Mupfigo. This GM is not just an employee but an asset to the hotel and i hope they look after him well.

Good food, clean rooms, friendly staff. My only disappointment was that the pool was only open upon inquiry. They should advise guests at check in.

Run down and lacks atmosphere. Slow but friendly service - we just came for lunch with our family and as a trip down memory lane. No ambience like it used to have. Lunch was tasty but took ages to arrive. Don’t see the need to return again. Why did they change everything around?!
