Ayu Hotel Karimunjawa

Can't describe our gratitude to find Ayu Hotel tour packages among many offers for our Karimunjawa trips. Mbak Eryl and mas Marco were those kind of people who you would always remember for their kindness and hospitality. It was such a pleasure staying at Ayu Hotel and getting to meet them personally after pre arrangement meeting online from Germany few weeks before. What made our stay memorable was their commitment and willingness to attend to each one of our needs, whether it was about local visits, special places like Sunan Nyamplungan and using their motorcycle for sunrise hunting, attending personally to interest for fishing or meeting our special need for birthday of one of us. Everything they did for us had a personal touch and went way beyond our expectations! Their service were of the highest standards. They go much beyond the commercial objectives of their business and demonstrate a rare passion to excel in delighting their customers. I remembered for next trip destination that we should caught the train to Surabaya, mbak Eryl organized the very best travel and driver who cracked the massive traffic jam (caused by bridge under construction) and after work hours of Semarang- to carry our family to the train station. No one ever believed we could catch up the train in only few hours from Jepara Pelabuhan, but this genius driver just did it! Later on, we realized that the driver was the owner himself! he said none of his drivers think they would able to deliver on time! That's why he took it himself personally after long time as boss not carrying passengers! But, he drove really calm and elegant. What a legendary vacation! Whole family was very impressed with the Karimunjawa trips last year. Thank you mbak Eryl, mas Marco, mas Adam and the whole teams of Ayu Hotel from deep of our hearts. You are all like family to us.

We could not wish for a better stay than at Ayu Hotel. Eryl and Marco did everything to ensure we had the best time on the island. The bungalow and surroundings look nice and are neat and clean. The outdoor shower is great! Accessebility to a motorbike and the posibillity to make unique tours, finish it of. Even a fresh breakfast box for the early morning boat was provided. Do not look further and arrange your stay at Ayu Hotel!

Marco and Eryl are great hosts, they know everything you Can Do on this Island and Can help you anytime. Thé lodge IS great with a jugé bed and a romantic outside shower. Breakfast was Big and delicious, thé menu changes everyday, but Always have delicious fruit. WE had 4 great days there 👍

We had a great time & stay in AYU Hotel. We were met at the ferry by the owner (Marco), who then led us to the hotel. We received a very warm welcome. On arrival we received a delicious herbal traditional javanese tea. The owners Marco & Eryl were super sweet, kindfull and very helpful in evreything. Just ask, en they will arrange it! The hotel is really recommended, nice and cozy and friendly staff. Rooms are very clean, breakfast was super. Fresh fruit every day. If you don't want to dine outside, it can be arranged that the food you like comes to you. Great service! You can eat fresh fish every day, and that's what we did, we love fish. It was delicious! We also did a snorkeling tour through the hotel. The snorkel guide showed us the perfect places to snorkel. It was amazing! We will come back for sure!

We stayed at AYU villa for a week and we recommend it highly! The property/house look lovely and are clean, the breakfast is great (fresh fruit + different breakfast every day) and next to that the hosts and staff are extremely accomodating and friendly! They helped us with whatever (e.g. organizing trips, equipment, transport, needing to print something) and on top of that took care of my pregnant wife with providing herbal tea's, fruit and food when she wasn’t feeling well. Highly recommend!

It was one of the best experience where me and my mate had, the owner was one of the best people we meet in the island, very friendly and warm, the room was super clean, unique and also safe. They were always warm and ready to listen to us and help us everytime, the bar is the place to a a quite drink and chatting sesion where me and my mate had good time and met new pople who stayed in the hotel,it was a great experience and will be staying at Ayu Hotel once again very soon, tq very much, Copi.

This hotel on very strategic place in this Island, clean room, so cozy n nice resto, the owner Mrs Eryl so very kind n helpful, she borrowed me a motor bike to get around the island. You must stay here...

Clean place, warm family with wonderful hospitality, a cozy place, wrapped up in amazing island. A Must to stay hotel if you ever want to visit Karimun jawa Island. Ms Eryl, Mr Marco, and all the family will ensure you to have a wonderful stay.

The owner of this hotel, Marco's hospitability is wonderful. He tries to satisfy our need and make our family trip as happy as possible. He is very flexible and always cares customers. He even cooked breakfast by myself and pancakes were delicious. Rooms are clean, though amenities are minimal. Location is very good and easy to go anywhere. Price is very reasonable. He arranged island hopping tour and it was a best part of my trip. Weather is not best condition but we could enjoy it. We definitely want to come back to this hotel.
