Nice hotel in the heart of the city , easy to get from the train station to the hotel , also walking distance from karlsruhe schloss , staatliches museum , and Christmas market , located on the town Main Street that is full of shops , restaurants , its common to see people struggle with the check in process can be confusing and not for everyone so they should improve the check in machine

Lovely large family room located on the Central Market Square. We had a nice breakfast, but found The hotel personell a bit cold. Also the automated check-in process is not super customer-friendly. The square is a lively place but can also be perceived at a bit noisy in the evening.

The rooftop terras was perfect, it was a shame it closed 20.00 hrs. We had to like to stay a longer time.

As central in Karlsruhe as it gets. Right by the Schloss and pyramid. There is karstad nearby with plenty of bars, bakeries, and restaurants. The rooms are hot in summer with noisy air-conditioning systems. Opening the windows can be annoying as you will get all the noise from the CBD!

Great for the price. Except beds left something to be desired. Would have been nice to have actual beds not broken down old bedcouches. Very uncomfortable

Property is located by many cafes and restaurants. Located on market square. Parking is offsite and confusing at first. But very convenient once we figured it out. About a one and half blocks walk through plaza. Very safe walking in area.

The location is great, but I only suggest having air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. There is a nice lounge with a terrace on the fourth floor. The room is simple. Would be nice to have a mini fridge and maybe a better desk and chair.
