Hotels near Schloss Gottesaue, Karlsruhe

Convenient place to stay with Parking 15min drive from KA downtown.

The staff is so cheerful and friendly Hotel lobby looks pretty and the  room is spacious and comfortable for its price . Our stay there is joyful, and  love that the hotel has plenty of parking spots , will  definitely come back in the future.

It was a very nice stay. Close to the palace and hbf. The room was clean and well kept.

Very large room and with all facilities you need. There is a supermarket nearby where you can get all food and drinks. Taxis from train station is only ECU 8- , some driver may not like to go for such short distance and teach/ ask you to take the tram. A beautiful peaceful small town to relax.

If we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service. The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had. Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room. The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that. The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.

Hotel include landmark easy to walk around

Nice hotel in the heart of the city , easy to get from the train station to the hotel , also walking distance from karlsruhe schloss , staatliches museum , and Christmas market , located on the town Main Street that is full of shops , restaurants , its common to see people struggle with the check in process can be confusing and not for everyone so they should improve the check in machine

No one else's snoring to disturb you; a private space with air conditioning, temperature control, lights, charging stations, a mirror, and a small table—everything you need. Huge lockable lockers, a desk in the common area, a kitchen, complimentary coffee and tea bags, and a washer-dryer combo. Separate bathrooms for men and women. Very high-tech; no keys needed, just a four-digit password. A supermarket is right across the street—super convenient.

Everything was perfect :) friendly reception guy , thank you for easy check in or whatever we needed you make it easy for us.
