The hotel boasts a prime location on Karls's busiest street, within walking distance of major attractions. The Ani bus stop is just 100 meters away, offering convenient access to dining and shopping. The hotel lacks an elevator, breakfast, and drinking water, although complimentary tea is available at the reception. The room is spacious, perhaps due to limited furniture. It features a fireplace, hooks in the wardrobe but no hangers, and disposable slippers. The bathroom provides towels, toilet paper, a toilet brush, and a trash can. Hot water is plentiful. Staying at this hotel taught us that simplicity is key to environmental protection.

Unfortunately, it wasn't very clean, but they still tried very hard to help us. The toilet was practically out of place, and the bathroom was flooded. Nevertheless, they tried to assist us. The heaters were on nice and warm, so we didn't catch a cold.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Very close to the bus stop to the ANI. The manager was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty. The hotel requires a complete renovation, as it's too late for cleaning. I recommend it only for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize low prices over cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, the street is very noisy at night. Earplugs are a must.

It's simple but clean, and I think it meets the minimum requirements for accommodation. The location is convenient, being in the city center, and best of all, the price is affordable, which is a great plus.

Excellent value for money! There's a Burger King right across the street, making it convenient for dining, and the bus station is also right across the street.
