It’s a beautiful place in the centre of the city. Everything is close by. The staff is very helpful and nice, also English-speaking. The room is tiny, but cozy. The breakfast is huge and delicious. I enjoyed my stay, thank you guys:)

Very good location and breakfast. Room was a bit small but good enough. My room has a view of the internal courtyard, but the hotel faces Kars Castle which is a great view. Breakfast is in a very beautiful salon facing the castle.

The hotel is generally fine. However, the room for two adults is extremely cramped. It's essentially a single room with an extra folding bed, like in a hospital. So, the hotel staff thinks that an adult on vacation, having paid for a good room, can easily make do with an extra bed next to the bathroom door, which, by the way, is impossible to access because of the bed. The service at breakfast was also disappointing. You have to wait almost an hour for a subpar breakfast and tea. It was very frustrating to see them trying to cut corners on you.

Fantastic stay! Great beds, clean, super breakfast, and amazing location, but it was the staff that made all the difference, especially Berk. He was so helpful with all our questions, even checking to make sure we connected with our bus upon leaving for Van. Highly recommend!

This a beautiful hotel in a historic building, very close to many sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood has many restaurants and inviting cafes. Kars is a must visit city as it’s full of charm and history. Our stay at the hotel added to the pure enjoyment of this special city.
