I've stayed at many Amaris hotels across Indonesia, and this is easily one of the best. It stands out from the others with its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and overall comfort. Everything was neat, organized, and exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel.
The staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and always happy to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was better than I expected, with a good selection of local and Indonesian dishes, and everything was fresh and tasty.
The location is another strong point. It's right in the city center, making it easy to get around and explore Madiun. I was actually surprised by the city itself—Madiun is a very underrated destination. It's clean, easy to navigate, has plenty of good local food, and offers a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for a short getaway.
Overall, this hotel provides outstanding value for money. I had a very pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again on my next visit to Madiun. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
