Glamday Style Hotel & Resort Kyu-Karuizawa

The location is fantastic, super convenient for dining, drinking, and entertainment. The room was also incredibly comfortable. Plus, they provided a ton of free drinks every day, more than we could possibly finish. After a relaxing bath in the evening, there was even a lounge area with more food and drinks – just perfect!

Since it was her birthday, they prepared a birthday dessert plate after our meal, and even arranged a gift and flowers in our room afterwards. I am truly grateful for their kind and attentive assistance through prior communication. It’s a hotel I would love to visit again!

Everything was wonderful, from the room and hot spring to the lounge and restaurant. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and every dish was delicious. The staff provided impeccable service in every detail, making our stay very comfortable. I'd love to visit again if I have the chance. ☺️

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and delicious food 😃. All the staff provided great service. The hotel's location is inside Karuizawa Street, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the parking is a bit far.

The room was massive, and all the facilities were brand new. The front desk had a few staff members who spoke Chinese, which made communication super easy. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Old Karuizawa's busiest shopping area. Plus, there's a forest right behind the hotel! They have a bar with complimentary alcoholic drinks and beverages, which was a nice touch. Everything was great, *except* for the breakfast quality, which was pretty mediocre. I stayed for four nights, so I feel like I can speak to this. If they're looking to manage operating costs, I'd suggest just improving the coffee quality, as it's really bad right now, and that alone could make a big difference.

The room was spacious and clean, allowing me to relax comfortably. I really appreciated the wide variety of soups at the breakfast buffet, which is great even for those with a smaller appetite in the morning. Everything was delicious! It was also a nice touch to be able to order extra amenities via tablet and even try out the Repronizer. The staff were all very pleasant, and I was extremely satisfied. It was incredibly quiet, which was surprising for being right in the heart of Old Karuizawa, and being able to walk to popular tourist spots and restaurants was a huge plus. I'd love to stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, and the location was great! The lounge and bar facilities were excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
