The hotel is near an outlet mall, and there's a 7-Eleven about a 15-minute walk away. However, it's quite dark at night in the immediate vicinity, with almost no streetlights, so it's more convenient to go closer to the train station for food options. The room size is decent, but it feels more like a motel than a hotel. Despite that, it was still quite comfortable to stay in. The hotel offers bicycle rentals for 500 JPY a day, which is a great deal.

The room was clean and quite spacious, very comfortable for a relaxing stay. However, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, and there aren't many rooms, which makes it nice and quiet.

The hotel is over a 15-minute walk from the JR station and about a 10-minute walk from the Outlet. The rooms are quite spacious, and the air conditioning provides good warmth. Some rooms offer a distant view of Mount Asama.

Room is clean, spacious and quiet. Hotel staff is super helpful, we arrive at 12 and they let us to have early check-in. Location is a bit far from station, but we rent the hotel bike to and from sightseeing locations, so that’s ok. At the last day, hotel staff drove us to train station as well. Very helpful and friendly.

It was clean except the air conditioner. Bike rental ¥100 per day and extra charge for pajamas. A bit far from station and there is no convenience store around.

From my point of view, The K design space hotel is highly cost of performance. The environment is very clean and the spot is very close to the Kazuizawa prince hotel west. It is very convenient. The counters are also friendly. It is highly recommend to stay the hotel as long as you visit the Kazuizawa.
