TWIN-LINE HOTEL KARUIZAWA JAPAN

Though the room was small, it had everything we needed. It's not too far from Karuizawa Ginza Street and the station. The hotel coffee is good, and you can enjoy hot tea bags. We'll definitely stay here again on our next vacation.

This hotel has a lot of character and a clear theme, with 'twin' elements everywhere. The decor is very upscale. They offer a happy hour in the evenings and free-flow ice cream, plus free parking. My only minor gripe is that the front part of the hotel is a restaurant, which sometimes makes it a bit hard for guests to access. The service and guidance in this area could be a bit more precise and welcoming.

The hotel's decor is incredibly elegant, simple yet with thoughtful details everywhere. Every staff member I encountered made me feel seen and cared for; they were so patient and meticulous. In the evening, there's a happy hour where you can enjoy drinks, lie on the sofa by the fire, and just relax – even in July, Karuizawa nights can be a bit chilly. The hotel also offers a variety of bath salts by the elevator, which is a blessing for anyone who enjoys a good soak. On the second day, the hotel provided free bicycles, perfect for exploring the area. Lastly, a shout-out to the breakfast – it was a set menu with options, and even my husband, who rarely eats Western food, gave it his approval. We've decided to return during the winter ski season!

This hotel is excellent! The room isn't huge but it's very comfortable. They offer free drinks in the evening, and the popcorn is delicious. The ice cream is Meiji brand, with a great variety of tasty flavors. Although breakfast is a set menu, you can choose from various tea bags and small bread rolls. The complimentary bicycle rental is perfect for exploring Karuizawa, making it incredibly good value for money! I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is pretty good, about a 15-minute walk from the JR station. The ground floor houses a lovely Spanish restaurant where breakfast is served, offering a selection of different sets. While the breakfast presentation was beautiful, the taste was quite ordinary. The hotel rooms are small, but well-equipped, with numerous charging ports on both sides of the twin beds. Upon check-in, the front desk even gave us cute little canvas bags. In addition to summer pajamas, the room also provided thick cotton jackets, which were perfect for Karuizawa's cool weather in mid-June! Overall, I was very satisfied and would choose to stay here again on my next visit to Karuizawa.

The hotel staff were professional and the room was comfortable with great attention to detail. I hope they'll have some promotions again next summer. Thanks for the cash coupon which allowed me to enjoy a fantastic dinner at a discounted price. Their breakfast was also good.
