Karuizawa Marriott Hotel

The location is quite remote, and you're entirely dependent on transportation. The hotel restaurant is expensive, and if you want to eat, you have to call a taxi to go to a nearby convenience store. However, the hotel staff are all very patient in their communication and have excellent, well-trained attitudes! But if you don't want to eat at their restaurant, you'll have to spend extra on transportation to find food outside! The vending machines only offer drinks. I hope they can increase the variety of options! The hygiene is great; it's cleaned regularly 🩷. However, almost all the facilities in the hotel require payment, except for the gym. Considering the hotel itself is already high-priced, having to pay for other facilities means there's no feeling of enjoying them at all.

I really loved the atmosphere, the onsen, and the bathroom in the room. Overall, it was comfortable and clean, and every staff member was friendly, greeting us and offering assistance. The hotel's scent was very relaxing. The only minor drawback is that the lounge is only accessible to certain members, and there's no option to pay extra to use a bar. The breakfast at the hotel was great; although the selection was the same each day, it was delicious.

Great! The breakfast is rich and distinctive. It's a bit far from JR station, but there's a shuttle bus. High value for money, but the surroundings are a bit remote, perfect for tourists who like peace and quiet. The convenience store is about 1 KM away from the hotel.

The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from Karuizawa Station. Thankfully, there's a shuttle service. What really drew me in was the private onsen room; it's very spacious for a family of three or four. I wouldn't recommend staying here for any other room types. The hotel's dining options are also quite good.

Highly recommended! The hotel offers a shuttle service, and the surrounding area is very pleasant. Both breakfast and dinner are exceptional and unique. I hope to have the chance to visit again in the future. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, all with wooden structures that give a very calming feel.

The room was great, clean, and they even had an extra tatami bed available. I highly recommend the hotel's hot spring!

This was my first time staying at the Karuizawa Marriott Hotel. The public onsen has both indoor and outdoor baths, and while the facilities were clean, the area was a bit small. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and the environment was quiet. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Highly recommended!
