非常之好。裏面有個中國人前台，特別熱情。幫忙拿行李，推薦周圍的景點。酒店旁有個小小教堂，小院子，環境很好。雖然我沒有信仰，但是看看這種風格的建築，在這裏散步，都很愜意。下次還會去的

陳舊設施差，毛巾都很差，有點像中國300元單價的廉價房間，我付了5000億預訂的房間，感受級差。交通也不方便，一定要住王子或者萬豪有班車接送

Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was immaculate, with breathtaking snow views. Delicious breakfast and convenient location. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely return!

Location is a 15-min walk from the JR station. Within walking distance from shops and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean an tidy, the bathroom is bigger than others I had in Japan. Overall good experience with the price that I paid.
