The towel has stains on it and the soaps provided aren't very good. The breakfast buffet doesn't really have much choices, basically just eggs breads cheeses and salads. But the location is close to the city.

We stayed in May 2026 and really enjoyed the hotel. We arrived in Kaş very late, around midnight. Despite this, we were checked in. The room was clean; they cleaned and changed towels every day. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was spotless. A kettle, coffee, sugar, and tea were provided in the room. Soap and shampoo were provided in large dispensers. The location is excellent—no more than a 5-minute walk to the main street. The free beach is a 30-minute walk away, while the paid beach is 7-10 minutes away. Excellent views from the terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the downside, the sound was very loud and the breakfast was monotonous, but you won't go hungry. The photo shows the terrace with breakfast.

Clean, bright, and cozy room 403 with views of the city and sea. The plumbing was excellent, and everything worked perfectly. All amenities were included: slippers, shampoo, shower gel, a kettle, coffee, tea, water, and a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and polite. I had an early availability and they gave me a room, which was a huge plus. Just be prepared for the fact that there's a slide leading up to the hotel, but that makes for a fantastic view.

This was the most heartwarming hotel of the entire trip. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the young male staff member was also very welcoming. The hotel rooms were spacious, with sea views from the balcony and the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful, and enjoying a Mediterranean breakfast in such an environment was truly delightful. On the last day, when I was rushing to catch my flight and didn't have time for breakfast, they even packed me a generous sandwich. The hotel was also very conveniently located just a couple hundred meters from the town center.
