Surprisingly they do have the free airport transfer! 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is in a great location. It's very close to the historic city and the People's Park. There are many places to visit around. The staff is helpful, friendly, warm, and very hardworking. It's a clean and new hotel. I definitely recommend staying here.

Clean spacious room. The sink placed outside the shower/toilet area is a bit odd. Great service at the check-in and checkout. Breakfast is area is too small and understaffed for the amount of guests. Food was running out as breakfast starts ‘late’ at 8am. Not enough staff to clean up the tables and keep the buffet organized.

Very good location. Just south of Old town cross the Renmin st. The hotel shares the same building with the Orange hotel. Room facilities are modern but the windows are basic and a bit rusty. The dusty air of Kashgar enters the room. The breakfast is so so. Hotel provides the airport shuttle both way which is big merit.

Great location. We were able to walk to the Ancient City and many great locations in Kashgar Staff was very helpful. They were very talented as they could speak Chinese, English, and Uyghur.

The hotel provides airport pick up service. The scenery from the room is breathtaking. The location is very convenient.

Location is great near the ancient town. The staff should spend less time looking at their phones and more on the guests...overall a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is very close (walking distance) to the ancient area of Kashgar. English speaking service could be improved. The breakfast is delicious with local and Chinese cuisine. One disadvantage: every night at 1:30AM, all the lights turned completely on in the hotel rooms in the 13th floor.

The location is excellent, close to Kashgar Old Town, restaurants, and vendors. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and quick to respond to requests. Breakfast is also well presented and has varieties to choose from.

The room is very clean and it’s so close the the ancient town. There are so many restaurants and beautiful place to take pictures near by.

We stayed two nights separated by one night in Tashkurgan.The best part of the first day was spent locating an agent to provide a car and driver to Tashkurgan. My wife and me were sent to the Kashgar Tourist centre beyond the airport to apply for a Border Travel Permit to Tashkurgan and astonished to find the place closed being Sunday 24th June. Staff at the reception were all friendly and enthusiastic. Only two lifts served both Orange and Mercure which were inadequate. Mercure provides free pick up and sent from anf to airport but requires 4 hours advance confirmation. We requested sent off to airport for 1005 flight to Chengu. Staff confirmed reservation for two leaving at 0800 which is too early for breakfast at hotel. So an arrangement was made for wake up call, picnic boxes to takeaway. On 26th morning, the short bald old man probably working as bell boy scolded me why I am alone at the lobby at 0752 and that there are other guests waiting in the car. Fully seated by 0755, we discovered that the rush was to pick up another passenger for the one remaining seat in the 7- seater! We had to travel west to Tianshan road, pick up the last passenger at Hanting Hotel before making east and north to Kashgar Airport. The experience totally spoilt my day, wiped out any good feeling or impression with Mercure and never mind about the promised packed breakfast boxes.
