I'm giving you a five-star review because the environment is very nice, clean, and cozy. I've been to many hotels, and some give you a dollar's worth of water, while others give you Nongfu Spring water. There were four of us in two rooms, and each room had two bottles of water. We finished them by nightfall, and when we asked for more the next day, you wouldn't give us any. I was speechless. And you call this a chain hotel? You won't even give us one bottle of water per person, saying it's only one bottle per room at most. I've never seen anything like it. You can say we're poor and you're giving us a bad review for just one bottle of water, but I just find it ridiculous. The traffic is very convenient, close to the west gate of the ancient city, cost-effective, the room is very comfortable, the front desk is very polite, the security guard guides the parking, next time you come to Kashgar, you will consider staying, if you can provide breakfast in the future, it will be better.
