Very clean with great service. I'll choose this place again next time.

I stayed here for the purpose of visiting my son who lives in Kashiwa. Compared to the nearby Toyoko Inn, the room was a little bigger, so I was able to open two trunks. The only regret was that breakfast was separate and there was no coin laundry, but it was close to the train station, department store, and convenience store, so there were more advantages.

The room for three is definitely spacious and all basic amenities is provided, great stay

Convenient location

The room was clean, and neither too big nor too small. The deciding factor was that the airport bus to Haneda Airport was right in front of the hotel. The location was also great, with restaurants and Kashiwa Station nearby. ✨

I think this is the best hotel in the Kashiwa area. As it is part of the Imperial Hotel group, the intangible aspects of the hotel were excellent. But why are Japanese hotels so small?

The room had a great view and was lovely. The amenities were also plentiful. I felt at ease even though I had to stay overnight suddenly. I was able to enjoy a luxurious stay nearby.

The hotel is friendly and the breakfast is delicious. It's also convenient to catch the airport bus. The hotel is located close to the station, so it's easy to find, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Hygiene: Very good, the sanitary napkins are very large. Service: Thoughtful and gave oranges and paper cranes for New Year’s blessings Facilities: Convenient transportation, very convenient to Tokyo and Disneyland. There is only one Narita Airport Line at the hotel entrance.

I use it every time I stay in Kashiwa. This time I had a friend visiting from overseas, so it was a long stay. Everyone at the front desk was kind, and my acquaintances were also pleased with the excellent service! They refilled my bottled water every day and provided me with a nice and clean laundry service, which was very helpful! The room was just the right size, with enough room for two people to spread out their large carrying cases. I will continue to use you when staying in Kashiwa!

The location was great, they were friendly, and the food was delicious. I will definitely book again next time. The front desk is friendly and the cleaning lady also has good service. It's nice that the airport bus is in front. It's a shame that the trip to Narita is only once in the morning.
