Wifi.. was poor.. very poor.. wanted to keep up with the weather situation in Denmark.. but since the wifi was so bad, I couldn't use chromecast.

The lobby smells of plumbing, one of the two elevators isn't working, and upon check-in, I had a bad feeling about finding my booking. There's no minibar in the room, only a wardrobe, a loose electrical outlet in the wall, and the lighting in the room is all different colors. In short, a hotel in need of a lot of maintenance. Hopefully, management will address this, as this is unworthy of a 4-star rating.

The photos and features urgently need to be updated. According to the staff, the pool and sauna have not been active since Corona. The bar in the hotel was also closed two hours before closing time. The location is good as it is right next to the motorway.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay on the way to vacation

The hotel shower is small and the wifi is poor

This is a hotel I often book when I travel to Germany on business. It has good conditions in all aspects. I would like to recommend it.

This hotel is in a very good location, in the city center, within walking distance to the Chocolate Museum and Cologne Cathedral. The hotel management is also very good!

The room is very good and clean. The facilities are not old. The surrounding environment is very quiet, the evening breeze is blowing, and it is very pleasant to sit on the rattan chair at the door of the hotel and watch the sunset. But this time when we stayed in the hotel, we encountered that the hotel had no hot water, which is unbearable for everyone. We negotiated with the front desk, and a bearded man received us very gentlemanly and calmly, accepting all our questions and complaints, but there was no clear solution or measures. The meaning is that we can only accept the reality of no hot water. This made us very angry. When we raised our voices, the gentleman signaled us not to speak loudly, okay, then we will speak calmly. We asked the manager to come forward to solve the problem, and the reply was that the manager was off work. When asked what to do if we couldn’t take a shower, the reply was that he didn’t know. At that moment, we wanted to get angry, but we held back. Later, a thin bearded man came over. He listened to our confession. When we proposed that at least he should help us contact a hotel with hot water so that everyone could take a shower and come back, he agreed. The subsequent handling should be praised for the thin bearded man. He contacted another hotel and arranged six taxis. All the group members took taxis to the hotel to take a shower, and then took taxis back. It was spectacular. In this incident, we also have to praise the Ctrip platform customer service. They have been tracking the handling of the incident, kept contacting us, and finally asked the hotel to arrange two free meals for the team. This made everyone see the positive attitude of the platform. It deserves praise for this.

Hotel looks a bit run down. Not cozy. And it is located on/near an industrial estate Bar was closed the first evening and has no cozy outdoor seating (there are a few plastic tables and chairs) and it looks out onto the parking lot. The swimming pool is no longer in use. Room is modestly furnished but otherwise fine. No coffee/tea or refrigerator Bathroom some limescale and mold and there were some silver onions. However, lovely big clean beds.

The room is well-equipped and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. The environment is beautiful, parking is very convenient, the front desk service attitude is very good, and the breakfast variety is very rich. It is worth recommending.
