Grecotel Olympia Oasis & Aqua Park Reviews

To be honest. Through Tui. We wanted to go, and paid for a luxury 5 star hotel in Greece, it is a great location, lovely beaches, but definitely not a 5star, saying that out side said 4 star, they say 4.5 to 5 star. Paid for a 5 star though. Ow well. 12 day, we spent there, every breakfast time, I was never asked if we needed any thing, did it our self's. On the 9th night, they accidentally told us with the evening meal, we could go and choose a wine ov our choice. Great 9 days getting what we was given, not the best. The views amazing. But by meal times it like a main train station. No organisation, tabels full and not cleaned properly. And they have everybody waiting by the entrance to be given a tabel. Omg. What a shame. Bad management id say. Indoor swimming pool, have to go to the nextdoor hotel, to experience that, but have to pay, 30€ a time. Gym couldend find it, everyone said down there... but there is a small out side gym, in a bush thats ok I guess. The aqua park was ok, other than this slide closed, then that slide closed. Was ok for kids. And there is LOADS AND LOTS ov kids there. There is also a wasp problem everywhere there, even in some rooms. Our room was ok really. Plus everything is a bit old fashioned too.. plus self service, dont expect anything being brought to you, by the pool or beach. And don't get to this hotel befor 3pm. Because you will have to just sit there and wait, for your room. We got there 11.15am, tired ect ect. Told to go toilet and change and go to beach. Great eh... BY THE WAY INTERNET, WIFI.. IS TERRIBLE. everywhere comes and goes, every 10 minutes, when you get it. But there was a few nice people there. 1 on the beach, cool guy and one or two in dinning room. Would we go there again.... Unfortunately for the price. NEVER. Way over priced. Shame from the pictures we was so excited. No shopping options. Other than a small shop. Bits and bobs. BEST THING IS THE AL A CARTE. Hot stone 10/10. Greek 9/10. Italian 5/10 Asian 10/10 BEACH.10/10

The whole area is beautiful and the beach is perfect for kids. The service and facilities at the hotel were great and the food was delicious with a lot of choices. It was nice to be able to have dinner as the sun was setting over the sea. We had a wonderful stay.

The reception staff was nice and friendly. Special thanks to Petros & Maria! Overall hotel is old fashioned. I can imagine that 20 years ago when it was first opened it was considered luxurious. Rooms had Grohe wall-hung WC, Legrand sockets. But now it looks really old. The most annoying is the lack of power sockets in the rooms. I had to take out lamps in order to charge our phones. From our room you could directly go out to the yard with sea view (room 106). You can see it in the pictures. Weather is very good - warm but not to hot. The sea water is the warmest I have ever seen (afternoon). It has shallow water, so you need to go far if you want to swim properly. This warm sea alone covered all the downsides. Food is great, large variety. Though if you decide to eat in the open air terrace, you should know that there would be several bees during the breakfast time (but no one was bitten within 2 weeks). Aquapark is actually very good. Several staff members that deserve a bonus: shuffle car driver Dimitris, waffle maker girl with glasses, waitres with orange hair bow, the cleaning lady Dimitria (if I remember correctly, the one that is always smiling), and reception staff Petros & Maria.

Amazing experience, beautiful clear sea, excellent quality of food, friendly and kind environment (a special thanks to Nikolina, Nikos and all the waiters/waitresses in bars and restaurants ). Great amusement with slides and other sport activities (not always available, so book in advance!) Rooms are clean, but aren’t new so could be better, wi-fi doesn’t work everywhere. Generally speaking a very good stay in the Olympia Oasis!!!

We had a great time! Aqua park was really fun. Amazing Beach with crystal clean waters. The food was delicious, the staff extremely polite. Lots of activities for all family members. Totally recommend it for families with small children and also teenagers.

This was the REAL experience of vacation. There is no better way to spend time with your family. Already promised to my family we’ll be there again next year. It totally worths every single moment from early in the morning until late in the night.

Amazing Food - delicious greek meal at Taverna Tavernaki, italian at Cap Voyage and unforgetable expirience Of asian cousine at Asiana a la carte. There is no way to be on diet with you:))) A marvellous hotel, amazing views everywhere, perfect beach, the pools and the whole area very well looked after, with comfortable furniture and cushions everywhere to make sure you are as comfortable and blissfully lazy as possible. Delicious drinks in the bars with only original drinks. Thalasso spa I would recommend to any woman as a complement to pampering for the body - especially the 3 days detox programme - the girls made me feel like in heaven. It is a really nice 5 stars hotel with a beautiful sea view! We choosed the All Inclusive lux me option and had everything from food to beverages. The conditiona are really good amd tne rooms are inceedibly clean every day after the room attendand came. The BonBon Bar has almost every day pancakes, gofres and icecream. The beach bar has great coctails and coffee. We had 3 a la carte restaurants that we schedules since arriving! The kids enjoyed the 3 pools and the aquapark! All employees are very respectful and nice! I would like to thank Maria from reception that helped us book our trip to Zakinthos! Also I would like to thanks to Magdalena who was very nice and pleasant and helped us to make a surprise to my husband dor his birthday! You are great! Thank you

Excellent facilities. Marvelous food options. Very nice and kind personnel. The Aquapark was excellent and kids really loved it. Swimming pools very clean and the beach was fantastic. Also the Mini Club (Kids Club) was very nice, with interesting activities.

It was the Best vacation ever! All The ford was very good escesially în taverna taverna and în The main restaurant. Everyone was helpul and Kind escesially maria from guest reratios. We defenetfly will come again!! The pools it was very beautiful and also clean.

It is a nice place for families, with a lot of distractions for kids: pools, disco, cinema and more. The beach and water are great. Doesn’t really feel like a 5 stars hotel, 4 is more appropriate based on the food diversity and room appearance. Beverages were available everywhere and you had everything to choose from. The staff is great, they are really nice and there to support you with everything. Maria (guest relations) was really nice and helpful when we needed to change the room.

We had a nice experience this week at Oasis resort. We had the same experience the last year at Maron resort. The people working here ware very kindly with us. We receive a lot of help from Maria from relation department, she was speaking romanian.
