Best Western Plus Airport Hotel Copenhagen

I was threatened by staff at a Danish hotel. I booked a room at the Best Western Plus near the airport in Denmark because I had an early flight the next morning. However, when I tried to check in, there was a system error, and I couldn't. After waiting for over two hours, I told them I had driven five hours and now waited another two, only for them to tell me to get back in line! I refused, and then she refused to check me in. I was denied service, threatened with order cancellation, and even threatened with being reported to the police… she even made personal attacks! I told her she'd better call the police so they could see how Danes treat foreign guests. I also demanded an apology from the hotel! This place is absolutely disgusting, a total rip-off. I will definitely give them a bad review and I'll never choose this hotel chain again! They are seriously bullying Chinese people! When I spoke to him, he either pretended not to hear me or was arrogant and unreasonable! I was just trying to reason with him and demand an apology, but he kept saying, 'Everyone else is waiting, why can't you wait another two hours?' What kind of logic is that? Finally, when I took a taxi to the airport, the driver said it was the worst hotel, and that the front desk staff were truly terrible. I'm still waiting for a reasonable explanation from Ctrip.

Staying here for a day trip during an Oslo layover is a great option. The hotel environment is comfortable, the room was satisfactory, and the breakfast was excellent. It's close to the airport, and there's a shuttle bus even around midnight.

The hotel is very close to the airport, making it ideal for a layover. However, the entire hotel is currently undergoing renovation, and my room had a strong, unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, I couldn't open the windows for ventilation. Judging by the state of the construction, it seems like the renovation just started. It just goes to show that it's not only Chinese renovations that use formaldehyde; Europeans do too, and sometimes even more intensely.

For a business trip, it's quite convenient to get to from Copenhagen Airport by taking one metro stop and then walking, especially if you don't have much luggage to drag. There's a supermarket right below the hotel, which is handy for buying things.

Close to the airport, the town is elegant and peaceful, making it convenient for an overnight layover.

The location is pretty good, but the main issue is the lack of air conditioning... The entire hotel only has fans, so it was too hot. Other than that, the value for money was decent.

It's a bit of a walk from the airport, especially compared to the two hotels directly across from it. However, the price is half, which is great. You can fully open the windows, but be careful when you turn on the lights at night because there are quite a few small bees outside due to the nice outdoor environment.
