Scandic CPH Strandpark

1) Consistent with Scandic style, the room was clean and bright. 2) Not far from the airport, a 20-minute walk, and the path is very comfortable, many people walk to the airport. 3) It's about a 6-minute walk from Kastrup, the metro station before the airport, to the hotel. 4) The coffee machine in the lobby can provide hot water refills. 5) The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the airport, but you need to book it a day in advance (there was no shuttle on the day of check-in as it was a Sunday, but I took the 6:00 AM shuttle to the airport on the morning of check-out).

The hotel was okay, but its surroundings were absolutely amazing! The bed was a bit too soft, but it had a great feature: the ability to electrically adjust the bed height. After a tiring day of walking, you can raise your lower body to help with blood circulation. After shopping in the city center during the day, I went back to the hotel to rest and then decided to just wander around a bit. To my surprise, I unintentionally discovered the essence of Copenhagen! See picture 10 for the route. I highly recommend anyone staying near the airport to definitely take this walk if you have some free time in the evening!

The hotel has few amenities. The room was okay, but the extra bed was terrible. You have to request room cleaning 24 hours in advance. The pool is very expensive, and guests don't have access without paying. Also, it's off-limits for anyone under 16. The operating hours for children are very limited. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, and the location is excellent, very close to Tivoli Gardens. The hotel restaurant is also very good.

I was looking for a good place to stay near Kastrup Airport the night before my flight home, and this hotel was perfect. If I ever visit Scandinavia again, I would definitely stay here!
