Literally the closest hotel you can book next to the airport. I was exhausted from my evening landing and the chaos in the airport. The staff was nice and took my luggage to the room all the way. The place is clean and essential. I was so glad there is a shower so I can wash off from 24 hours of traveling and the humid Nepalese weather. There are lots of 24/7 restaurants near by in the same square. It can get pretty loud until like 1am. They have also a 24/7 restaurant in facility.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, with smooth check-in. Luggage is allowed to store in the front desk, allowing a hand free city tour.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times but it gets progressively worse each stay. The only good thing is the location, the fact that it is near the airport and it’s only good for international arrival passengers not for departures. As someone who had quite a heavy luggage and a morning flight, it sure was an excruciating workout to walk a steep ramp with a trolley full of luggages to reach the departure hall which is entirely on another platform compared to the arrival halls. I’d only recommend it to people who have lighter luggages, arriving passengers and/or people who have late night flights because a having a hotel near saves a lot of time . The rooms were fine but there were a lot of insects likes moths, even though all the windows and doors were shut close. The beddings had stains and the worse part was that there were feces stains in the toilet which showed that cleaning was not done properly, even though they made me wait 20-30 mins to just to check in after arriving at the hotel. The good thing is that the staff were very attentive, especially the man in the reception. He was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable.

⭐️⭐️ The only good thing about Hotel Black Diamond is its location inside the airport, which is very convenient for transit. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The prices are extremely high for what you get, and the reception staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional – I even felt discriminated against, which left a really bad impression. For such a prime location, I expected much better service.

Comfortable and functional hotel, weithin walking distance from the airport. Very recommended for short stays. Good breakfast with fruit and warm options.

There was no breakfast buffet..and they didn't provide pick up service from the airport for my wife ....I requested by an email there was no reply at all..
