Holiday Inn Express KATHMANDU NAXAL by IHG

One of the best choices to stay in KTM, start from security guys at the entrance always great service greeting with smile, the girl at the front desk also friendly and helpful. Just staff at the rooftop need to improve service as we went there twice and no one is there which we will have to walk around to find them. Overall good like the room is new and functional. Breakfast is good as well, Worth for the money to stay here!!!

I would rate this hotel 5/5. The location is great about 4–5 km from the airport and very easy to access. You can take InDrive, and it costs only around 300 Nepalese Rupees. There’s a Turkish restaurant right beside the hotel with good food at a reasonable price. The hotel is also quite near Thamel, you can either walk or take an InDrive ride. Overall, the hotel price is not too expensive and definitely worth it.

Excellent professional service and all staff are extremely well trained. Rooms are standard size but have every amenity including a large TV. Location is good.. not too far from the airport and central areas. Excellent breakfast.. ask for bacon! Highly recommended

Receptionist Sagar is very friendly and helpful. I’m arrived almost very late evening. I need to wake early morning to catch my flight. He said to me I will prepare morning coffee for you before you leave the hotel. He call for me Taxi and provide wonderful hospitality service. Really well done. Will come back.

Wonderful service. Very respecful and welcoming atmosphere. Ammenities were great as well. One issue, though small, is that the sofa in the room had a stain on it. There was a stain on the carpet as well. Other than that, everything was perfect 🙏

Hotel was almost heart of city we easily get the cab to Pashupatinath temple with hotel staff support. Airport distance only 25 minutes, hotel staff cooperative and Suport for finding temple locations. Breakfast was varied and delicious veg options also available.
