I stayed here for the first time in January of this year. Even though it was my first time staying at the owner, when I told him I wanted to visit a Japanese language school, he contacted a friend he knows and arranged for us to do so, and he also arranged a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price.
This time, my friend suddenly developed a fever, so I asked to get into the hotel early and get some sleep, and they accommodated my request. They also arranged a taxi to take me to the airport when I arrived in the middle of the night, and all of my requests were accommodated. Of course, the staff were also very friendly, and it was a hotel I would like to stay at again.

The administrator and the front desk were very friendly and kind. They gave me a lot of help when I needed anything. The room was also very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and hot water. It was in a small alley next to a busy street, so it was very quiet. After returning from Pokhara, I stayed there again until I left Kathmandu. It was a great stay.

Raj and the staff are A+. They continually go out of their way to make sure that all of your questions are answered and your needs are met. I was made to feel like the hotel was literally my home away from home. I ended up extending my stay multiple times because of the amazing hospitality and experience that I had here. Raj can direct you to some great restaurants and bakeries in the area as well as any activities that you may have interest in. I feel grateful for my time at my “friends home” hotel.
