Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Reasonably priced at the edge of the Thamel area.

Perfect location in Thamel. Also only 5 mins walk to Pokhara tourist bus stand. My room on the 5th floor was spacious comfortable and had every amenity I needed. Great value for money too.

It may be a little expensive compared to other hotels, but it was a very nice hotel! They were kind to me. I was able to stay comfortably for the first two days in Nepal.

I think the cost performance is good.

日本のカップヌードル売ってました ホテルは明るい雰囲気で、スタッフはフレンドリーでした。 部屋はきれいで特に問題は感じませんでした ネパールにしてはめずらしく、お湯がちゃんと出るホテルだったのでうれしかったです。

This hotel is sold. Now there is no such hotel. The hotel is permanently closed🔒. Booked hotel and when I visit hotel they said that hotel is sold and you have to do new booking and this is another hotel called thamel 11 so paid again and had no choice.

The hotel location was ok. No lift. Small name sake kitchen. There seems some payment issue between make my trip and the hotel. This has reflected on their services offerings to customers in general. Otherwise it was just good stay.

The stay was good but customer service of MakeMyTrip was is pathetic. its just an web /app with no human interface, no ability to understand, no intent to support just keeps giving automated response. i have complaint since 24Dec till date no response still waiting to hear back.

We did not get quick checkin as earlier payment of hotel was not cleared, no response from you, we had to plead to owner. Mmt not serving well
