The staff of hotel is friendly, family nature and very polite behavior. Rooms are well clean as well as washroom too. Atmosphere is good.☺️☺️

Location is good. However , hotel owner booked a very lame bus (Baba Adventure) for me when I need to travel to Chitwan . And he charged me 1400 NPR while the actual cost of the bus ticket is 1000 NPR. And he also tried to sell me a traveling package at 20000NPR, however , when I reached Chitwan , I managed to get same package less than 10000 NRP.

The place was clean and the service was polite. The price was also very reasonable compared to other accommodations. The only drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning and hot showers, but for 2000 yen, I was satisfied with the spacious and clean private room.

I stayed for four days. All the staff were cheerful and kind. When I asked them about my sightseeing plans, they arranged a car for me. The location was perfect, and I was able to fully enjoy Kathmandu using the hotel as my base. It is one of the hotels I would like to use again.

I used it again after returning from Everest Base Camp. The room on the top floor was very nice to spend a relaxing time in front of the roof terrace. The shower also has hot water.

The best guest house in Katmandu ! I truly recommend this amazing and rare guesthouse, After 40 days here, very nice and clean rooms, helpful crew, garden close by, Thank you Kedar for the great hospitality!
