I think the best quality of this hotel is the service which was perfect . They were sooo nice and welcoming. Booked an early airport drop off for me in a reasonable price and packed my breakfast for the flight! (Which btw is included in the price of the room. The room comes with shampoo, toothbrush and paste, enough water, coffee and tea and there's a kettle. I only needed one night and for that it was good, but! 🙏 If you want a clean room, that is the weak spot of the place The room was not clean, there were stains and hairs on the bad (not mine) And there's a wall-to-wall carpet which is old and dirty So I'm having mix feeling in this review. Overall, I recommend for short term stays :)

I dont like the hotel nither servises. When i rich the the receptionist told me that i don have a reservation after a while he ask me to chek if i am at the reservation list from his compiter and i found my name by myself. Witout excuise they took me a room wich was without window even i pay as king bad privet single room. There wasnt hot water at the room but i was so tired i slept one night there . Next day i srarted to scraching on my skin becauss of humidity and there was mikes on the bad. They told no problem they can change the room but it was a huge problem. I have been changed my room next day they told me the room that i reserved was ocupide and they couldent give it to me. The stay was totaly disappaintment for me. I didint like servises the receptionist at all.

Awesome! Very very satisfied with our stay at Pomelo. There’s location is great, we are just a few minutes walk from Thamel, 20 minutes walk from Sayambhu, 10 minutes taxi from Balaju… Now the service, it was the best part in the inn, the staff is really very friendly and accommodating, thank you Gyanu and Kamal who helped us for everything during our stay. We booked two rooms as a family, but we got one big family room with separated rooms, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was big and proper to use. The breakfast is the best one we had in Kathmandu, fresh and simple. There is a rooftop, from where we took a bowl of air in the evenings and mornings, really nice.
