DOM Himalaya Hotel Reviews

The hotel offers free airport pick-up and their response time is very fast. The staff are quite friendly, and the breakfast tastes good. The location is very close to Durbar Square; it's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and there are many small shops nearby to explore. My only dissatisfaction was finding two cockroaches when I turned off the lights, and the air conditioning made a piercing noise. I barely slept during my two-night stay.

 I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great, the service was very good, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It would definitely be a good place to stay for a longer visit. The only downside is that I found the price a bit expensive, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Overall service is good. Comfortable stay. Will surely come back if I ever visit Kathmandu again.

The breakfast was good, and the environment was nice. However, we had to catch a bus and were told we could take the breakfast to go, so we bought it. But the takeaway breakfast provided was very carelessly put together.

Overall, it was pretty mediocre, and the duvet cover hadn't been changed! I managed to hold out all night (eventually resorting to my sleeping bag liner in the middle of the night). The next day, after much effort explaining via my phone, the staff said they would change it, but when I returned, it was the same situation. I was speechless! If you're not too bothered by hygiene, then it's decent for the price and location (which I definitely am not). The staff were all very enthusiastic, that's one thing I can give full marks for!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was spotless, spacious, and very well designed, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a genuine smile, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming.

Hotel dom Himalaya in center city of Kathmandu, big room and clean , quiet and breakfest every morning , the staff very helpful exactly the receptionist ARPANA always smiling and speaking good English. I recommend this hotel.
