This hotel is located on Thamel Street in Kathmandu.
It's a relatively decent location and not-too-old facilities, so it's okay.
However, the cleanliness of towels, etc. is not good.
The staff are very friendly. We provide free drinking water.
The price is high compared to other hotels in Kathmandu.

The location is great located near Thamel for exploring local markets. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The restaurant offers quality food at a reasonable price. The breakfast has great choices and tasty food. We had idly and sambar one day. Rooms are spacious with nice showers. Definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff catered to our needs. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in Kathmandu. Food was also excellent amazing staff. Excellent location close to all the restaurants and shopping district.

Great place, the staff were friendly and really helpful. Perfect breakfast. The place is centrally located with walking distance to the museum main square and many shopping options. Nice quiet courtyard. Nice city views from rooms on the 7th floor

I had a really great stay at Hotel Moonlight. Friendly staff, clean rooms, extra comfy bed and location was perfect. The courtyard is a great way to have the space whilst escaping the hectic streets. The buffet food was so delicious! Honestly nothing negative to say.

A great choice just near Kathmandu's thriving Thamel district. The staff are great and remember you by face, if not name, the upper rooms are nice and the hotwater divine after weeks of trekking. The breakfast is a favorite and the private garden onsite is a pleasant reprive for meals and from the busyness near by. Quiet at night. Used by a number of trekking and expedition companies. I've stayed here before and after trekking adventures about 10 times.

This is a really nice hotel in a super convenient part of the city. Everyone working here was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast has plenty of choices and our group enjoyed a delicious evening meal here as well . It’s a short walk to many shops, restaurants and places of interest. There’s a spacious rooftop lounge area where we had our own happy hour one night. The spa services are lovely and well priced. Overall a great place to stay for a few days while exploring fascinating Kathmandu!
