Although it's one of the better hotels locally and the prices are on the higher side, the facilities are still quite basic compared to other Hyatt properties. The minibar was empty, there was no coffee machine, and basic amenities like a comb were missing. A glass of house wine at the bar was about ten dollars.

This was my third stay, and I was here for 7 days. I feel the restaurant service has declined, especially at the breakfast buffet. I noticed a slightly overweight waiter who seemed unfriendly towards Chinese guests, preferring to serve Indian guests instead. He ignored requests from Chinese diners and was overly attentive to Indian ones. The breakfast order and serving speed were slow; out of several days, I only got my ordered eggs once. Big thumbs down. The restaurant manager also seemed indifferent towards Chinese guests. I'm not sure why, especially since there were so many Chinese diners.

The room and hygiene were quite good. However, the noise from the ventilation system was a bit too loud, and I didn't sleep well for two nights. Breakfast was rich and tasty. I wouldn't recommend the lunch buffet; the variety was limited and it wasn't very good. The staff were all helpful.

This is one of the few modern and sophisticated hotels you'll find in Nepal. I booked a room without breakfast because my schedule was uncertain. After arriving and seeing the hotel's condition, I decided to book breakfast for the next day. The international buffet offered a diverse and clean selection of food, and it was delicious. Amidst the chaos and noise of Kathmandu, I had a quiet and clean stay here and left feeling well-rested. The quality was much higher than a 300,000 won hotel in Pokhara.
