The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Katowice Train Station. The front desk staff speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. The room was large, well-equipped, clean, and had adequate air conditioning. Breakfast is not a buffet, but is served a la carte, which was fine. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but few Chinese options. Great reviews!

No, we're not, especially if we're talking about a 4-star hotel. The hotel is located on Mariacka, one of Katowice's most central streets. It's new, and it would be clean if the cleaning staff remembered to make up the rooms. Let me explain: the hotel is clean, both the rooms and the common areas; the flaw is related to my experience. Returning from a long day out in Katowice, around 10:30 PM, we realized that our room hadn't been made up (unmade bed, uncleaned bathroom, unchangeable towels). I immediately went to reception to point this out and ask for at least some clean towels. They told me it was an oversight (to err is human... but in a hotel like this, forgetting to make up a room is intolerable). The staff isn't particularly friendly, courteous, yes, but not particularly helpful (they apologized a little out of obligation for the mix-up... or at least that's what it felt like). The breakfast was quite good, not... Overly generous, but sufficient for both sweet and savory options. There was also a problem: the only hot drinks machine wasn't working (except for coffee), and the room manager didn't know what to do to fix it. This, too, is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel. Excellent location, just steps from everything. Comfortable bed, but we won't be returning if we pass through Katowice again (which is extremely likely; we'll prefer other options).

Ma che peccato !! Davvero Un bell’hotel in una posizione ottimale . Nuovo, pulito e piacevole negli spazi ! Ma come si fa in 4 stelle a dimenticarsi di rifare la camera ? Rientrati dopo cena abbiamo trovato letto sfatto, cestino non svuotato … bagno senza biancheria pulita e niente acqua per la notte . In un hotel 4 stelle dove il servizio è pagato direi che non esiste giustificazione, soprattutto se alla reception non la trovano proprio ! Al mattino colazione dignitosa .. ma anche qui, saremo noi sfortunati , il cappuccino alla macchinetta termina di erogare . Alla richiesta di poterne avere servito uno viene proposto come unica soluzione un caffè americano allungato con latte freddo ! No beh .. diciamo che in Polonia la catena Puro vanta le medesime stelle .. ma il pianeta è diverso .. peccato ! Spiace anche fare questa recensione .

Le personnel de l’hôtel était très réactif : nous avons demandé des oreillers supplémentaires, et notre demande a été immédiatement prise en charge. La chambre propre et confortable et l’emplacement idéal au cœur de Katowice. La ventilation dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui était un point négatif.
